Current issues: Narelle is currently a sex worker to get money to support her Amphetamine habit of $200 a day. She has 3 children but is not allowed to have contact with them unless she controls her drug use. She has drug induced schizophrenia and does not stick with her regular medication. Narelle states that she does not want to continue to use, because she wants to see her kids and does not want to put herself in dangerous situations anymore.
