Background
In 2008 Muloobinba Aboriginal Corporation received funding from Department Health and Ageing to develop and run programs targeted at Aboriginal adults with Drug and Alcohol substance misuse issues. Muloobinba was able to recruit two people to establish and implement the program.
The program currently has 1 full time caseworker. The program has been refreshed and now tailored to concentrate on Traditional Aboriginal Culture. Participants will be able to learn more about their culture, from recognised community elders, and more about their own Cultural Identity.
Dhun-barn Boo-larng is a Kuttang* term meaning Strong Together.
